SWIM MEMBERS Premier, Standard, and Utility shall be entitled to the following benefits:
• Association with a nationally and internationally recognized research center
• Recognition and Affiliate website link on the SWIM Center, WATERiD, and PIPEiD, SWIMeD, and SmartOneWater websites as a Member
• Full access to the SWIM Center reports and analyses and other resources
• Access federal agency and other research funding
• Member research dollars are leveraged for societal impacts
• Network with water sector utilities. industry, academia, and government agencies
• Early access to research results from Membership sponsored research. Copies of the reports, papers, theses, and dissertations produced as a result of the SWIM Center will be distributed to all Members free of charge via the SWIM Center website
• Individual internal units of the Member organization will have access to the Center Director on an ongoing basis throughout the year for multiple meetings and exchange of research-related information
• The SWIM Center Director will provide recommendations to the Member annually for R&D priorities to improve Member organization’s internal planning
• Opportunity to interact with students in the SWIM Center for purposes of research activities, outreach, and recruitment
PREMIER MEMBERS – Premier provides a seat on the SWIM Center Strategic Planning Committee that directs future initiatives and offers opportunities to chair center committees. Additionally – Premier members will receive 2 free seats at the annual SWIM Conference + SWIMeD discount for the enrollment of 5 or more individuals at a time.
STANDARD MEMBERS – Standard members can participate in all committees except Strategic Planning and cannot chair a committee. Additionally – Standard members will receive 1 free seat at the annual SWIM Conference + SWIMeD discount for the enrollment of 5 or more individuals at a time.
UTILITY MEMBERS – Utility provides a seat on the SWIM Center Strategic Planning Committee that directs future initiatives and offers opportunities to chair center committees. Additionally – Utility members will receive 2 free seats at the annual SWIM Conference + SWIMeD discount for the enrollment of 5 or more individuals at a time.
